12 days of Christmas: Day 3

French hens: 

On the third day of boot camp your trainer gave to you 3 reps of Bent-over modified lateral raises

How to:
  • Flex your knees slightly and bend at the waist until your torso is parallel to the floor.
  • Maintain Neutral Head Position.
  • Bend Elbows Slightly (maintain this angle throughout the movement).
  • Raise dumbbells up while squeezing your shoulder blades together, lower with control and repeat
