How to:
- Flex your knees slightly and bend at the waist until your torso is parallel to the floor.
- Maintain Neutral Head Position.
- Bend Elbows Slightly (maintain this angle throughout the movement).
- Raise dumbbells up while squeezing your shoulder blades together, lower with control and repeat
