12 Days of Christmas: Day 5




Five Golden Rings...

On the fifth day of boot camp your trainer gave to you five 60 second suicides with 5 golden cones...

Use yellow cones as the golden rings to really get into the festivities, or any marker you have such as tape, or other equipment cones.

Place each cone about three - five big steps apart, depending on how long you want to make the entire suicide line.

Start at your home base cone, run to the next cone in front touch down, run back to your home base cone. Run to the second cone in front touch down, and run back to home base. Continue to all 5 cones for 60 seconds. When finished one complete line, start at cone one again, the exercise doesn't stop till the 60 seconds is up!

Try to count how many complete reps you get in and try to increase it by one cone each time on your next set!
